Conflict management and mediation
Mediation is a structured, voluntary process for the constructive settlement of a conflict, in which independent “all-partisan” third parties accompany the conflicting parties in their solution process.
We offer the opportunity to keep the space for such a process. We consider ourselves impartial, but we are determined to create awareness of power dynamics. Therefore, the initial discussion would concentrate on the existing structures in order to enable a constructive process for all those involved. Understanding these subtle mechanisms enables a fair consensus.
